TAXES ON INCOME	TAXES ON INCOME Income tax expense for the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011 was $101.4 million and $49.2 million, respectively. The decrease in the effective income tax rate for the three months ended March 31, 2012, compared to the prior year period, is primarily due to the Medi-Cal charge in the first quarter of 2011 (see Note 5), a portion for which a tax benefit was not recorded.
