Explanation of Responses:

1. Excludes shares of the Issuer's common stock the reporting persons may be deemed to beneficially own as members of a group. The reporting persons do not have any pecuniary interest in the shares so excluded and disclaim beneficial ownership of all such shares.

2. Maju Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd is wholly owned by Fullerton Fund Investments Pte Ltd, which is wholly owned by Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd. Accordingly, Fullerton Fund Investments Pte Ltd and Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd may be deemed to be indirect beneficial owners of the 41,617,144 shares of Common Stock beneficially owned directly by Maju Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd.
