REPURCHASES OF COMMON STOCK	5. REPURCHASES OF COMMON STOCK During the three-month period ended March 31, 2013, the Company repurchased approximately 0.4 million shares of its Class A common stock under its open market repurchase plan for approximately $14.6 million. During the three-month period ended March 31, 2012, the Company repurchased approximately 0.1 million shares of its Class A common stock under its open market repurchase plan for approximately $5.4 million. At March 31, 2013, $120.7 million was available for repurchases under the stock repurchase program.

5. REPURCHASES OF COMMON STOCK

During the three-month period ended March 31, 2013, the Company repurchased approximately 0.4 million shares of its Class A common stock under its open market repurchase plan for approximately $14.6 million. During the three-month period ended March 31, 2012, the Company repurchased approximately 0.1 million shares of its Class A common stock under its open market repurchase plan for approximately $5.4 million. At March 31, 2013, $120.7 million was available for repurchases under the stock repurchase program.
