On April 4, 2016, Triumph Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jeffrey L. McRae intends to resign as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer following the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016.
