INCOME TAXES	NOTE 11—INCOME TAXES The effective tax rate for the second quarter of fiscal 2023 was 29.0% compared to 26.9% for the second quarter of fiscal 2022. The change was driven primarily by the reduction in pre-tax income during the second quarter of fiscal 2023. The effective tax rate for fiscal 2023 year-to-date was 13.6% compared to 14.2% for fiscal 2022 year-to-date. The effective tax rate for both fiscal 2023 and fiscal 2022 year-to-date was reduced by the impact of discrete tax benefits related to the vesting of employee stock awards.
