SHARE-BASED AWARDS	NOTE 10—SHARE-BASED AWARDS In the first quarter of fiscal 2021, the Company granted restricted stock units and performance share units to its directors, executive officers, and certain employees representing a right to receive an aggregate of 2.6 million. As of October 31, 2020, there were 113 thousand shares available for issuance under the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan.
