SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 19—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 24, 2020, the Company executed a purchase option to acquire a distribution center facility with approximately 1.2 million square feet that is currently under construction. Upon completion of the construction the purchase price of the facility will be determined. The purchase of the distribution center may occur anytime between the fourth quarter of fiscal 2020 and the fourth quarter of fiscal 2022 pursuant to the landlord’s determination.
