EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company offers a 401(k) plan which is eligible to substantially all employees in the United States. For the year ended December 31, 2018, the Company elected to match employee contributions at a rate of 50 percent of up to 4 percent of salary deferral. The Company contributed $1.8 million, $0.2 million, and $0.4 million to the 401(k) plan in the years ended December 31, 2018, 2017, and 2016, respectively. In 2016 the Company suspended indefinitely the employee match program. The Company contributed $0.4 million in the first quarter of 2016 to the 401(k) plan. No other contributions were made during the remainder of 2016. The Company reinstated the employee match program in October 2017 contributing $0.2 million to the 401(k) plan for 2017.
