3Q3 Accomplishments ● Record quarterly performance ○ Revenue of $1.29 billion, up 14% year over year, or 18% excluding the impact of Fx ○ Adjusted EBITDA of $469 million, growth of 12% year over year, or 16% excluding the impact of Fx ○ Net Income of $193 million ○ AFFO of $288 million, up 9% year over year ○ AFFO/Share of $0.98, up 9% year over year ● Organic storage rental revenue growth of 9.7%, reflecting continued benefit of pricing combined with positive volume trends and data center growth ● Leased 7 megawatts of data center capacity this quarter; expect to exceed our 130 megawatt projection for 2022
