Director Retirement

On December 7, 2021, Dr. Per-Kristian Halvorsen informed the board of directors, or the Board, of Iron Mountain Incorporated, or the Company, that he will retire from the Board for personal reasons, effective immediately. Dr. Halvorsen advised the Board that the reasons for his decision to retire were not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
