Iron Mountain Incorporated Announces Proposed €175 Million Debt Offering

Boston, MA - January 9, 2007—Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE:IRM), the global leader in information protection and storage services, today announced a proposed public offering of €175 million in aggregate principal amount of its 6-3/4% Euro Senior Subordinated Notes due 2018. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit and term loan facilities, to fund the possible repayment, repurchase or retirement of other indebtedness and for general corporate purposes, including possible future acquisitions and investments. The exact terms and timing of the offering will depend upon market conditions and other factors.

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
