Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 13, 2009, Pacific Biometrics, Inc. filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q reporting its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2009.

Pacific Biometrics, Inc. will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss the first quarter financial results on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. EST (8:00 a.m. Pacific Time).
