Other Events

On August 27, 2015, Grandparents.com, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a marketing partnership with HM 2015 LLC (“HM”) which is affiliated with three Century Village Retirement Communities (“Century Village”) to conduct various promotional and marketing campaigns of the Company’s insurance, financial and other product offerings to residents of Century Village. Century Village operates some of the most renowned and unique 55+ condominium communities in South Florida. As part of the campaigns, HM will also promote membership of the Company’s American Grandparents Association. HM and the Company are also considering similar marketing initiatives to other retirement communities in South Florida.
