Description About Renewal Of Agreement					The term of the Cegedim Agreement commenced on March 28, 2013 and will continue for an initial term of four (4) years and will automatically renew for successive four-year terms unless fewer than 500,000 cards have been issued at the time of such renewal or either party provides written notice to the other party of its intent not to renew within 120 days of the end of the then-current term.		The agreement also provides the Company with options for three (3) additional three-month renewal periods, in exchange for a cash payment of $10,000 per month and an additional 75,000 restricted shares per renewal. The Company valued the 75,000 restricted shares at their fair value of $33,000, which amount is being charged to expense over the three-month term of the agreement. The Company did not exercise its renewal option.
