Description About Renewal Of Agreement			The agreement also provides the Company with options for three (3) additional three-month renewal periods, in exchange for a cash payment of $10,000 per month and an additional 75,000 restricted shares per renewal. The Company valued the 75,000 restricted shares at their fair value of $33,000, which amount is being charged to expense over the three-month term of the agreement. The Company did not exercise the renewal periods.
