The disposals during the three months ended March 31, 2020 were within our Retail Automotive reportable segment. During the quarter, we sold four retail automotive franchises. As of March 31, 2020, the goodwill balance within our Retail Automotive, Retail Commercial Truck, and Other reportable segments was $1,493.2 million, $307.8 million and $67.8 million, respectively. There is no goodwill recorded in our Non-Automotive Investments reportable segment.
