On January 19, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the U.S. Court of Appeals affirmation of the International Trade Commission’s ban on the import and sale of Roku infringing products. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
