Empire Resources Announces Repayment of 10% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes Due June 1, 2016
Fort Lee, NJ, June 2, 2016 — Empire Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERS), a distributor of value added, semi-finished metal products, announced today that it has fully repaid the 10% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes Due June 1, 2016 eliminating the dilutive effect of these notes.
