15. Employee Benefit Plan

The Company’s 401(k) benefit plan is available to all employees. The Company matches 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of compensation for participating employees, subject to certain limitations. Employees are fully vested in employer contributions to this plan after five years. Company contributions to this plan were $0.7 million in each of 2020, 2019 and 2018.
