Subsequent Events	Note 10. Subsequent Events On April 24, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share payable on June 22, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 8, 2018. The Board considers the payment of a regular cash dividend each calendar quarter.
