Subsequent Events	Note 11. Subsequent Events On July 25, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share payable on September 22, 2017 to shareholders of record as of September 8, 2017. The Board considers the payment of a regular cash dividend each calendar quarter.
