21. Subsequent Events

On February 21, 2017 the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.xx per share payable on March 24, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 10, 2017.  In 2016, the Company paid a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share.

The Board intends to continue to consider the payment of a regular cash dividend each calendar quarter.  On an annualized basis, the cash dividend is expected to be $x.xx per share.
