On June 1, 2015, the Chief Financial Officer of AMERISAFE, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company that he had accepted a position with another company and accordingly, he was resigning from all positions with the Company effective June 12, 2015.

The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
