Note 8. Treasury Stock

The Board of Directors initially authorized the Company's share repurchase program in February 2010. In October 2011, the Board reauthorized this program with a new limit of $25.0 million. There were no shares purchased during the three months ended March 31, 2012. During the three months ended March 31, 2011, 159,062 shares were purchased for $2.9 million, or an average price (including commissions) of $17.98 per share.
