On May 31, 2014, the resignation of Leslee K. Herro as Executive Vice President of Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management and Brand Senses at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (the “Company”) became effective. As previously reported by the Company in Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers of its Current Report on Form 8-K, dated December 9, 2013, Ms. Herro will remain with the Company for a period in a non-named executive officer capacity providing advice and counsel to the Company’s Leadership Team and completing certain special projects.
