Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 26, 2019, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (the “Company”) issued a news release (the “Release”) reporting the Company's unaudited financial results for the third fiscal quarter and year-to-date period ended November 2, 2019. A copy of the Release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

In conjunction with the Release, the Company also made available additional unaudited quarterly financial information for each of the quarters in the fiscal year ended February 2, 2019, and the first three quarters in the fiscal year ending February 1, 2020, along with additional financial information for the year-to-date period ended November 2, 2019, and the fiscal years ended February 3, 2018, January 28, 2017, January 30, 2016. The additional financial information is included as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

In conjunction with the Release, the Company also made available an investor presentation of results for the third fiscal quarter and year-to-date period ended November 2, 2019. The presentation, which is available under the “Investors” section of the Company's website, located at corporate.abercrombie.com, is included as Exhibit 99.3 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company's management conducted a conference call on November 26, 2019 to review the Company's financial results for the third fiscal quarter and year-to-date period ended November 2, 2019. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is included as Exhibit 99.4 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
