Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b) Bradley S. Forsyth, Chief Financial Officer, is currently on short term disability as he recovers from a medical procedure.  During his absence, the Company’s Director of Finance and Accounting as well as its Treasurer will each perform functions previously performed by Mr. Forsyth.  The Company also will bring in temporary assistance as needed.
