As discussed in Note 1(c) to the consolidated financial statements, effective January 1, 2007, the Company adopted FASB Staff Position AUG AIR-1 (FSP), Accounting for Planned Major Maintenance. The FSP was retrospectively applied adjusting all financial statements presented.

As discussed in Note 1(q) to the consolidated financial statements, effective January 1, 2006, the Company changed its method of accounting for stock-based compensation upon adoption of Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123(R), “Share-Based Payment.”
