     On October 22, 2009, Edgewater Technology, Inc. (the "Company") announced both the resignations of David Gallo, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, effective November 20, 2009, and Barry White, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective October 21, 2009. A copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the resignations is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 (the "Press Release") and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
