On February 1, 2013, John R. Barnett, Senior Vice President of Finance of First Acceptance Corporation, submitted his resignation effective as of February 28, 2013. Mr. Barnett also serves as the Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of First Acceptance Corporation. First Acceptance Corporation is endeavoring to fill the vacancy created by this resignation.
