Share Repurchase During fiscal 2012, we repurchased 2,535,370 shares of our common stock for approximately $25 million (excluding expenses), which represents an average price of $9.86 per share. We did not repurchase any shares of our common stock during the first quarter of fiscal 2013. All share repurchase programs have since expired.
