Cash Dividends	NOTE 4. Cash Dividends In April 2010, the Board authorized a $1.00 per share special one-time cash dividend that was paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 19, 2010 and a $0.07 per share regular quarterly cash dividend that was also paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 19, 2010. Subsequent payments of the $0.07 per share regular quarterly cash dividend have occurred every quarter since then, the most recent being in January 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 17, 2012. We released the funds used to pay for this regular quarterly cash dividend during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011. Our Board will determine future regular quarterly cash dividends after giving consideration to our then existing levels of profit, capital requirements, current and forecasted liquidity, as well as financial and other business conditions existing at the time. As of the end of fiscal 2011, total dividends paid in fiscal 2011 amounted to $12.2 million for the $0.07 per share regular quarterly cash dividends (of which $2.9 million was paid in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011). As of the end of fiscal 2010, total dividends paid in fiscal 2010 amounted to $57.0 million comprising of $44.5 million for the $1.00 per share special one-time cash dividend paid in the first quarter of fiscal 2010 and $12.5 million (of which $3.1 million was paid in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010) for the $0.07 per share regular quarterly cash dividends initiated in the first quarter of fiscal 2010. We did not make any dividend payments during fiscal 2009.
