Bank Credit Agreement	NOTE 12. Bank Credit Agreement We maintain an unsecured bank credit agreement of $5.0 million that will expire on September 1, 2012. Letters of credit, which are primarily used for inventory purchases, are issued under the credit agreement. There were no letters of credit outstanding as of the end of the third quarter of fiscal 2011 and $3,000 was outstanding as of the end of fiscal 2010.
