SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	In December 2019, a novel strain of coronavirus disease (“COVID-19”) was first reported in Wuhan, China. Less than four months later, on March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. The extent of COVID-19’s effect on the Company’s operational and financial performance will depend on future developments, including the duration, spread and intensity of the pandemic, all of which are uncertain and difficult to predict considering the rapidly evolving landscape. The Company is currently analyzing the potential impacts to all of its business segments. At this time, it is not possible to determine the magnitude of the overall impact of COVID-19 on the Company’s business. However, it could have a material adverse effect on the Company’s business, financial condition, liquidity, results of operations, and cash flows. The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the filing of this Annual Report on Form 10-K, and determined that there have been no events that have occurred that would require adjustment to or additional disclosure in the consolidated financial statements, except as disclosed herein.
