Subsequent event On August 2, 2011, we entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Printrex, Inc., a leading manufacturer of specialty printers primarily sold into the oil and gas exploration market, for $4,000,000 plus contingent consideration related to new products under development. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2011, subject to customary closing conditions.
