Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 1, 2008, LCC International, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it has received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC ("Nasdaq") that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14) following the Company’s successful filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31, 2008 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As such, NASDAQ formally notified the Company that the previously-disclosed hearing scheduled before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel is now moot and its filing delinquency is cured.
