Comprehensive (Loss) Income. Comprehensive (loss) income represents net (loss) income and certain amounts reported directly in stockholders' equity, such as net unrealized gain or loss on securities available-for-sale. The balance at March 31, 2017 included $1.6 million of unrealized losses for the year ended March 31, 2017. The balance at March 31, 2016 included $738 thousand of unrealized gains for the year ended March 31, 2016.
