ACCOUNTING FOR STOCK BASED COMPENSATION

All stock-based compensation is recognized as an expense measured at the fair value of the award. The accounting guidance also requires that excess tax benefits related to stock option exercises be reflected as financing cash inflows instead of operating cash inflows in the consolidated statement of cash flows. Stock-based compensation expense recognized for the six months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010 totaled $37,000 and $51,000 respectivel
