OTHER EVENTS
On August 2, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $29.375 per share on its Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. This cash dividend will be distributed on September 15, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 31, 2017.
