Income from patent arrangement

H) Income from patent arrangement.We entered into an arrangement with an unaffiliated third party in 2010 under which we assigned patents in return for royalties on proceeds from patent monetization efforts by the third party.  We recorded $0.0 million and $0.8 million of income from this patent arrangement in the three and six months ended June 30, 2013, respectively.
