Item 8.01 Other Events

 

United States Antimony Corporation (the “Company”) will not be able to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K by the extended due date of April 17, 2023. The Company’s third-party independent auditors require additional time to perform audit procedures, complete related testing and review financial statements and other information for the Form 10-K. Management anticipates filing its Form 10-K at the earliest possible date. The Company does not anticipate there will be any restatements of prior filed financial statements, nor does the Company anticipate any material changes in its financial condition from the previously filed Form 10-K for the fiscal year end December 31, 2021.
