2. Basis of presentation	Basis of presentation. The accompanying consolidated financial statements, which should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements and footnotes included in the Company’s Form 10-K/A for the year ended December 31, 2021, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 15, 2022 and the un-audited financial statements and footnotes included in the Company’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2022 as filed with the SEC on May 16, 2022, have been prepared in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) for interim financial information. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by for audited financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting only of normal recurring adjustments) considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included. Operating results for the six months ended June 30, 2022, are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the full year ending December 31, 2022.
