8. Subsequent Events . On October 14, 2020, subsequent to the balance sheet date, the Company issued 100,000 shares of its Common voting stock to UHO Wellness Corporation as compensatory shares for services provided pursuant to a Medical Device Development Agreement entered into on February 13, 2020. The shares are restricted pursuant Rule 144 in that they cannot be sold or otherwise traded for a minimum period of six months from the date of issue. 2
