2. Basis of presentation. The accompanying financial statements, which should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and footnotes included in the Company's Form 10 -K for the year ended December 31, 2016, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, are unaudited, but have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States for interim financial information. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting only of normal recurring adjustments) considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included. Operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2017 are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the full year ending December 31, 2017.
