9. Subsequent Event. As stated in Note 4, above, during the second quarter of 2016, the Company received $421,875 from four (4) individual, outside investors for the purchase of a total of 2,250,000 shares of common stock through the 2016-2 Security Offering. On July 11, 2016, 1,250,000 shares were issued to three of the four investors. The remaining 1,000,000 shares for the fourth investor will be issued when the executed Private Placement Memorandum documents are received.
