7. Common Stock Options and Warrants. As of September 30, 2015 there were 52,631 shares reserved as unexercised warrants and 76,463 shares reserved as unexercised options. On July 29, 2015, 5,263 options owned by Steve Chen expired unexercised. Dr. Chen was granted the options on July 29, 2010 at an exercise price of $1.235 for a term of five (5) years. No warrants expired in the first nine months of 2015.
