Subsequent Events [Text Block]	8. Subsequent Events. Subsequent to September 30, 2013 through November 1, 2013, $142,000 has been received from the Yang Group, pursuant to the arrangements described in footnote 6. For some time, the Company has been researching and contemplating structural changes. After significant research and serious consideration, the Company filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of Title XI of the U.S. Code on October 31, 2013.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
