Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 8, 2016, Myron Z. Holubiak, 69, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BioScrip, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he does not intend to stand for re-election at the Company’s 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Holubiak indicated that his decision not to stand for re-election was not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
