The estimated fair value of intangible assets was calculated using level 3 inputs based upon the present value of anticipated future benefits. Total amortization of intangible assets was $1.7 million and $0.9 million for the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, and $3.8 million and $1.8 million for the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012.
