Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On June 29, 2023, VeriSign, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) entered into a renewal of the .net Registry Agreement, through June 30, 2029 (the "Agreement"). The Agreement renews the current .net Registry Agreement entered into by the Company and ICANN in 2017 with no changes to the material terms. The Agreement maintains a six-year term, the same service levels, termination and renewal terms, and pricing provisions, which allow the Company to increase the price of a .net domain name registration, upon proper notice, by up to ten percent in each calendar year during the term of the Agreement. The Company maintains the obligation to collect a $0.75 fee on ICANN’s behalf for each .net domain name.
